This is a translation for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
At FullDataNet we process personal data transparently and only as needed. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD, the Spanish Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Act).

Data about legal entities (companies) is not personal data, but you can also ask us to correct or remove it.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. The CRM where we manage our relationship with businesses belongs to Edger Marketing, S.L. itself, the owner of FullDataNet, and is hosted on its website edgermarketing.com: storing your data there is not a disclosure to a third party. Our web hosting provider processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), which receives the payment data; FullDataNet does not see your card details.
Visit measurement and security
We count visits with a tool installed on our own server (Independent Analytics): it does not use cookies, does not store your full IP address, and does not share the data with anyone. The anonymous visitor identifier changes every month.
To protect the website from attacks, our security system (Wordfence) logs the IP addresses of suspicious visits and of attempts to access the admin dashboard. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. These logs are deleted automatically over time.
Advertising on Facebook and Instagram
If you accept advertising cookies in the cookie notice, the Meta pixel collects data about your browsing on FullDataNet (the pages you visit, whether you request to feature a business or pay for it, and technical data about your browser) to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested in them. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie policy. For the collection and transmission of this data, Edger Marketing, S.L. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers; Meta may transfer it to the United States, which has an adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Maps
The map on each listing is not loaded until you click “View map”. When you do, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Our brands
FullDataNet is a brand of EDGER MARKETING, S.L. If you check the marketing information box on any of our websites, we may send you news and offers from all of these brands of the same company:
- Edger Marketing (edgermarketing.com): digital marketing: websites, ads, CRM and audits.
- DataES (dataes.net): email newsletter sending platform.
- FullDataNet (fulldatanet.com): business directory.
- EnergyCRM (energycrm.pro): CRM for energy consultancies.
If EDGER MARKETING, S.L. creates a new brand, we will add it to this list. To send you offers from a different company we would first ask for your permission again. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “baja” (Spanish for “unsubscribe”) to any of our emails.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to info@edgermarketing.com or from the contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, the Spanish Data Protection Agency) (www.aepd.es).
